These terms apply to every purchase on beauty-box.shop. Please read them before you place an order: by placing an order you accept them. You can save or print this page at any time.
1. Who we are
beauty-box.shop (“Beauty Box”, “we”, “us”) is operated by ZIEGERT SRL, a company registered in Romania:

2. What we sell
We sell digital forms for beauty salons: client files, medical history questionnaires and consent forms for specific treatments. Each form is supplied as:
- a fillable PDF file in A4 format, and
- an editable Microsoft PowerPoint file (.pptx).
The forms are written in English. They are delivered as files to download — nothing is sent on paper or on a physical medium. Each product page shows the pages of the form and what it contains.
To use the files you need a device that opens PDF files with form fields (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview on a Mac) and, to edit the .pptx file, Microsoft PowerPoint. Other applications may open the files but can display them differently.
The forms are templates. They are not legal or medical advice and do not guarantee that your salon meets the rules that apply in your country. It is your responsibility to check them and to adapt them where necessary.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) on each product page and in the cart. The total shown at checkout, before you place the order, is the amount you pay. There are no delivery charges.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you: you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.
4. How the contract is concluded
- You add forms to your cart and go to the checkout.
- You enter your details, choose a payment method, tick the box for the immediate download and accept these terms.
- When you press Pay and download, you make a binding offer to buy the forms in your cart.
- The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You then see the order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email.
Until you press the button you can check and correct your details and the contents of your cart. The contract is concluded in English. We keep a record of your order; you can see it in the confirmation email and, if you have an account, in My account.
5. Payment
You can pay:
- by debit or credit card — the payment is processed by Stripe;
- with PayPal — the payment is processed by PayPal.
Card details are entered directly into the secure payment form of the payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number. The payment is taken when you place the order.
6. Delivery of the forms
The forms are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download links are available:
- on the order confirmation page,
- in the order email we send you, and
- in My account → Downloads, if you have an account.
If you cannot download your files, write to office@beauty-box.shop with your order number.
7. Right of withdrawal and immediate download
As a consumer you normally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days, without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once the supply has begun, provided that you expressly asked for the supply to begin immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 16(m) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).
At checkout we therefore ask you to tick a box confirming exactly this. Your consent is recorded on your order and repeated in your order confirmation email. Without it we cannot make the forms available immediately.

8. Licence to use the forms
The forms — their text, layout and design — are protected by copyright. When you buy a form, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- use the form in your own salon or beauty business, for your own clients;
- fill it in on screen and print it as often as you need;
- edit the PowerPoint file — add your logo, change the colours and the wording, add or remove fields — and use your edited version in the same way.
You may not:
- sell, rent, share, give away or publish the files or blank edited versions of them, whether free of charge or for payment;
- offer the forms as templates on a website, a marketplace or in a course;
- present the forms as your own work in order to sell or distribute them.
Forms that have been filled in for a client are part of your client records; handle them according to the data-protection rules that apply to you.
9. Faulty digital content
The forms must match their description and work as described. If a file does not open, is incomplete or does not match its description, you have the remedies provided by law for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770, transposed in Romania by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 141/2021): first, bringing the files into conformity — for example by sending you a corrected file — and, if that is not possible or not done, a price reduction or the termination of the contract with a refund.
To report a problem, write to office@beauty-box.shop with your order number and a short description.
10. Liability
We are responsible for the forms being as described. We are not responsible for the way the forms are filled in or used in your salon, for treatment decisions, or for whether the forms meet the particular legal requirements of your country. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Your account
You can buy as a guest or create an account. With an account you can see your orders and download your forms again from My account → Downloads. Keep your password to yourself. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to office@beauty-box.shop.
12. Personal data
We use your personal data to process your order and to deliver the forms. Details are in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
13. Business customers
If you buy for your salon as a business rather than as a consumer, the consumer rules on withdrawal (section 7) do not apply to you; the rest of these terms do. If you need an invoice made out to your business, write to office@beauty-box.shop with your order number and your company details.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something is not right, please write to us first at office@beauty-box.shop so that we can look for a solution together.
Consumers can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use its alternative dispute resolution service (SAL): anpc.ro/sal, with complaints submitted at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Consumers living in another EU country can also ask the European Consumer Centre in their country for help (eccnet.eu).
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
15. Applicable law and courts
These terms and the contracts concluded on beauty-box.shop are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live (Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008). As a consumer you can always bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
