Use the button below to withdraw from your contract. Fill in your name, your order number and the email address you used for the order, then press Confirm withdrawal. We send you a confirmation by email straight away, with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it.

Your right to withdraw
As a consumer you can withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason. For the digital forms sold on beauty-box.shop, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded — the day your payment is confirmed.
To withdraw, you have to tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw before the period ends. You can use the online function above, write to office@beauty-box.shop, write to the postal address above, or use the model form below. Sending your statement before the 14 days end is enough.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The forms are digital content supplied without a tangible medium, and we make them available for download immediately after payment. The law allows this only if, before paying, you:
- expressly ask for the supply to begin immediately, and
- acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
You do both by ticking the box for the immediate download at checkout. Once the download links have been made available to you, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 16(m) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). Your consent is saved on your order and repeated in your order confirmation email.
This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description — see section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
The right of withdrawal is a consumer right. If you buy as a business, it does not apply.
What happens after you withdraw
We review every withdrawal statement and reply by email. Where the right of withdrawal applies, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement. We use the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another one; you will not pay any fees for the refund.

You can use this form, but you do not have to. Complete it and send it to us only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The legal basis of the online function
The online withdrawal function on this page is provided under Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU, introduced by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, as transposed in Romania into Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. It is available for the whole withdrawal period.
